    • Recruit, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and consultants, building a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
    • Partner with business development and capture teams to shape technical solutions, proposals, and win strategies for federal opportunities.
    • Cultivate strategic partnerships with cloud, SaaS, and AI technology vendors to bring emerging capabilities into FedTec's federal offerings.
    • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to the firm’s technology leaders, translating mission needs into scalable, secure, AI-enabled solutions.

Minimum Requirements (Mandatory)

    • 10+ years experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, or IT capability/practice leadership.
    • 4 years experience building and leading multidisciplinary engineering or consulting teams.
    • Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering SaaS-based or AI-native solutions for enterprise or government clients.
    • Working knowledge of federal cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF, FedRAMP, Zero Trust).
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field from a premier STEM institution.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to have)

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field from a premier STEM institution.
  • Experience with hyperscaler cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern DevSecOps practices.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI, large language models, and AI/ML platform engineering.
  • Industry certifications such as AWS or Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL, or CISSP.
  • Track record of standing up new practice areas or capability centers from the ground up.
