These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CareerCola. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Effective 6 Oct 2026. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate information when you create an account, and you must keep your sign-in details secure.
- Accounts have a role, such as candidate, employer, or administrator. You may use the features available to that role.
- Self-service registration may be turned off for one or more roles.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
Job listings and applications
- Employers and authorized staff are responsible for the accuracy and legality of jobs they publish or submit for review.
- Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of the materials they submit.
- Some jobs use portal apply (through CareerCola). Others use an external apply link that leaves CareerCola and is then governed by the employer's site.
- CareerCola does not guarantee that a listing is accurate or still open, and it does not guarantee interviews, offers, or hiring.
- CareerCola does not charge job seekers a fee to apply. Do not pay anyone who asks for money in exchange for a job on this site.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful job content or applications.
- Scrape, bulk-download, or automate access in a way that harms the service or other people.
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
- Upload malware or content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Harass other people or misuse the report or contact forms.
Intellectual property
The CareerCola name, site design, and original site content are protected by applicable law. Job descriptions and company materials remain the responsibility of their owners. You grant CareerCola a limited license to host and display content you submit so the service can operate.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to employer career pages and to sign-in, analytics, or advertising services. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers
The site and its listings are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareerCola disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareerCola and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Where the law allows a limit on direct damages, that limit is the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Some laws do not allow these limits, and those laws still apply.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close access for a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or operational reasons. You may delete your account when self-service deletion is available for your role. The Privacy Policy describes how data is handled.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The revised version will be posted on this page with its effective date. If you keep using the site after that date, you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. They take effect on 6 Oct 2026.
