About the role
Lead Deloitte’s enterprise security technology strategy, governance, and service delivery across the United States, India, and other affiliated geographies. The portfolio supports approximately 250,000 U.S. employees/contractors and ~135,000 in other geographies, including 10,000+ security readers and cameras and ~480+ real estate construction projects annually.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead strategy, operating model, governance, and roadmap for Deloitte’s security technology portfolio
- Oversee access control, video surveillance, badging, mobile badging, sensors, monitoring, reporting, and related services across the United States, India, and affiliated geographies
- Direct security technology support for construction projects, office openings, and real estate coordination
- Govern security applications, platforms, reporting, and service tools, including escalation support
- Lead collaboration with Security, Real Estate, IT, Procurement, Vendor Management, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of progressive experience in security technology, physical security, corporate security, or enterprise technology
- Experience leading an enterprise security technology portfolio across multiple offices/regions
- Experience with access control, badging, video surveillance, security monitoring, and security technology platforms
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, service providers, and enterprise real estate physical security standards
- Ability to obtain/maintain required security clearance and meet applicable U.S.-national GPS federal security requirements
- Ability to travel ~25% on average
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
Benefits
- Reasonable estimate of current range: $144,300 to $240,000
