Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising – Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. RBAI also produces products for eMobility like MCU (Motor control Unit), C-Box (Communication Box), VCUs (Vehicle Control Unit), Central gateway modules and is geared up for other futuristic products. Job Description
• Responsible for corrective maintenance activity of mechanical process machines- Press fit,Molding Dispensing,Conveyors, Robots, and special purpose machines.
• Responsible for Technical availability of Mechanical process machines and final assembly lines.
• Should have knowledge on RCA methods like 5Why, A3PSS, for systematic trouble shooting.
• Responsible for MTBF / MTTR of mechanical machines.
• Should Focus and Contribute to reduce the IDC by continuous monitoring of MAE performance.
• Planning of Spare parts, Tooling and consumables for corrective and preventive maintenance activities
• Responsible to optimize the Preventive maintenance by continuous improvement and work towards elimination of problems
• Troubleshooting knowledge in Electrical ,Pneumatic circuit and PLC
• Knowledge in TPM
• Responsible for condition monitoring and Predictive maintenance
• Should have knowledge of i4.0
• Preparation of Breakdown reports,Spare part consumption , PDCA for the top contribution and repeated failures
• Optimize Repair & Maintenance cost through localization and life enhancing projects
• Periodical review of Preventive maintenance checklist by incorporating past breakdowns.
• Working with TEF functions and suppliers to maintain the machine in good condition
• Involvement in Machine and Process FMEA
• Meeting all 5S, Safety and Quality standards, and work continuously to improve them.
• Should look for Predictive analytics in Maintenance area.
• Knowledge on OHSAS and EMS standards
Qualifications
NTTF / Diploma in E&E / E&C / Mechatronics / BE in E&E / E&C / Mechatronics
