Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Own development, proving and readiness of fixtures for BIW and TCF parts
  • Ensure fixture design supports dimensional accuracy, repeatability and throughput
  • Support APQP, FTG and E-PPAP readiness for fixture deployment
  • Validate fixture capability to meet mature business volume rates
  • Coordinate with suppliers, BIW engineering, manufacturing and quality teams
  • Drive issue resolution during trials, FTG runs and ramp-up
  • Ensure fixture readiness aligns with gate and SOP timelines

Requirements

  • B.E./B.Tech
  • 7–9 years experience
