DH Operations Department

Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :
● Own inventory management at the delivery hub, including stock accuracy, ageing, DOH,
and overall stock health.
● Drive shrinkage control by identifying loss points, implementing SOPs, audits, and
corrective actions.
● Manage end-to-end store operations — inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns,
and reconciliation.
● Ensure strict adherence to process, safety, and compliance standards across shifts.
● Define, track, and improve operational KPIs like fill rate, inventory accuracy, shrink %,
productivity, and SLA adherence.
● Lead manpower planning and handling — rostering, productivity tracking, performance
management, and on-ground issue resolution.
● Use data to identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and drive
continuous efficiency gains.
● Handle escalations related to inventory mismatch, manpower shortages, or operational
disruptions.
● Drive training and capability building for team members to ensure consistent execution
at scale.
Are you who we're searching for
● Qualification: Graduate - Experience in Ecommerce, Quick-commerce or Retail
● Deep understanding of inventory metrics like Shrinkage, Cycle count and Inventory Audits
● Proven experience in managing large on-ground teams
● Strong stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills
● Experience: 3–9 years in warehouse, dark store, retail, or e-commerce operations
