About the role
The SDB AI team builds the foundation that makes agentic engineering on Salesforce Database safe, correct, and reusable. You will own design and hands-on implementation of the agentic AI foundation for database engineering and operations: full-stack agentic engineering, knowledge graphs and agentic memory, and unified agentic evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Build agentic memory — knowledge and context graphs for schema, runbooks, query templates, and escalation policy
- Build closed-loop evaluation as infrastructure: tracing, replay, golden-trace regression, PR-gating, domain-grounded scoring
- Advance the production agent from workflow-shaped to agent-shaped with dynamic planners and specialized tools
- Take agentic work to production through platform, identity, and integration layers
- Operate at machine speed across incidents with high-accuracy root-cause analysis and anomaly detection
Requirements
- Principal-level software engineering and/or data science experience with AI systems
- Experience with agentic systems, knowledge graphs / agentic memory, and evaluation infrastructure
- Strong full-stack engineering skills for production AI platforms
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
