Job Title: Regional Recruitment Manager
Location: New Delhi, Gurgaon, Bhubaneshwar, Patna, Chandigarh, Vizag, Mysore

Position Overview:
The Regional Recruitment Manager is responsible for driving recruitment excellence across the designated region. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of recruitment activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The manager will lead initiatives to attract, activate, and retain high-performing advisors, while ensuring compliance with internal standards and industry benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities & KPI-Linked Deliverables:
1. Advisor Recruitment (25%)
- Drive 20% CAS recruitment across the region.
- Meet M0-M3 advisor activation milestone and productivity journey
- Monitor and improve current performance (M1 Active: 9%, 2x Active: 10%).
2. New Advisor Activation (20%)
- Achieve 35% M1 activation rate for new advisors.
- Ensure activation meets minimum ticket size per branch category.
3. Conducting BOPs (20%)
- Ensure each branch conducts 3 BOPs monthly.
- Drive attendance to 6x the branch target.
- Improve conversion metrics (Prospect > ARS: 40%, ARS > License: 48%).
4. ARS to Licensing Ratio (20%)
- Maintain ARS to Licensing conversion within quartile targets.
5. Regional Recruitment Plan Execution (15%)
- Meet or exceed expected monthly advisor recruitment plan
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce , Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in advisor recruitment, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of recruitment KPIs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, data analysis, and reporting.
