Job summary

PC Lifecycle Management / End User Computing (EUC) Front Desk, Deskside and Office Field Support. Work model: 5 days from office (Mon–Fri), 9 hours on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Walk-in and service desk request fulfilment
  • IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) activities
  • New hire device preparation, provisioning, and deployment
  • Device break-fix support and troubleshooting
  • Hardware replacement and warranty coordination
  • Device recovery and asset collection during offboarding
  • CMDB and asset inventory updates; SACM compliance
  • Incident, Change and Problem Management support
  • Basic administration for Microsoft Intune managed devices
  • Physical onsite support across client office locations

Requirements

  • 2–4 years infrastructure / EUC support experience
  • Windows 11 and Mac support
  • IMAC, deskside, and field support
  • Microsoft Intune basics
  • Strong communication and customer-experience orientation
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
