How did they approach it?Cultural/ Softer evaluationHunger i. Any instance where they have really pushed themselves to achieve something? ii. What is the most adverse situation they have ever faced? How did they tackle it?Curiosity and learning-oriented mindset i. Examples of having build strong/ differentiated knowledge on any company/ industry etc ii. Example of being in a situation where they felt out of depth; How did they overcome in the situation and what are their learning from that situationCollaborative/ Team oriented i. How was the split of responsibilities within the deal team ii. Any examples of having mentored/ trained a younger colleagueShould not be a deal junkie (deal at any cost) i.
