Candidate support
This page helps job seekers troubleshoot common issues on CareerCola. For step-by-step answers, also read Help / FAQ.
Sign-in and registration
- Confirm you are using the email address tied to your account and that your password is correct.
- Use the password reset flow on the login page if you forgot your password.
- If Google Sign-In is shown on the login or register page, you can use it instead of a password when it is configured for this site.
- Self-service registration may be disabled for candidates or employers at the operator's discretion. If registration is closed, use the Contact form to ask about access.
Google Sign-In is not configured on this site. Use email and password unless the operator enables Google later.
Applying to a job
- Portal apply — sign in, open the job, and complete the on-page application form. Upload a resume if the form requests one.
- External apply — CareerCola sends you to the employer's site. If the employer page errors or the role is closed, check the employer's careers site directly; CareerCola cannot fix third-party application systems.
- If a listing shows as closed on CareerCola, it no longer accepts applications here.
Saved jobs and applications
Saved jobs and portal applications are available in your candidate dashboard when signed in. External applications are handled entirely by the employer.
Suspicious or misleading jobs
Do not continue an application that asks for payment or sensitive banking details. Use the report link on the job or company page and read Job Safety & Anti-Fraud.
Privacy and deleting your account
- Update profile fields from Account settings.
- Delete your account from the same page when self-service deletion is enabled for your role.
- Use the data deletion request form if you need help without access to your account.
Still need help?
Send a message through the Contact form with the job URL (if relevant) and a clear description of the issue. This is not a live chat service. For urgent safety concerns on a listing, use in-page reporting so moderators can tie your report to the job or company.
