Employer support
This page helps employers and hiring teams use CareerCola. Read Employer Guidelines before posting and Help / FAQ for general site questions.
Getting an employer account
Employer self-registration is currently disabled. Contact the site operator through the Contact form to request employer access.
Company profile
- Create or update your company name, website, logo, location, and about text through employer account tools when available.
- Your public company page lists live jobs associated with your company. Listings with very few live jobs may be marked non-indexable for search engines until inventory grows.
Creating and publishing jobs
- Submit jobs through the employer job form (or admin workflows when applicable). Include an accurate title, description, location, work mode, and apply method.
- Jobs you submit may enter a pending review state until site staff approve them, depending on how this site is configured.
- Admin-created jobs may publish immediately when submitted by authorized staff.
- Imported or URL-preview jobs typically require review before going live.
Portal apply vs external apply
- Portal apply — candidates apply on CareerCola; you review applications in your employer inbox when that feature is enabled.
- External apply — candidates leave CareerCola to apply on your careers site. Provide a working HTTPS URL on a domain you control.
Editing, expiring, and closing listings
Update job details or close a listing when a role is filled or no longer open. Expired or closed jobs may remain visible for reference but are marked as not accepting applications.
Applications inbox
When portal apply is enabled for your jobs, signed-in employers can review applications submitted through CareerCola. External apply listings do not store candidate materials on CareerCola.
Policy violations and reports
Applicants can report jobs or companies they believe are misleading. Listings that violate Employer Guidelines or Job Safety rules may be removed or unpublished.
Still need help?
Use the Contact form and include your company name, job title or URL, and a description of the issue. A dedicated public employer support email is not published until the operator configures one.
